When I first began Do it Right Window Cleaning, I did so under one guiding principle: customer satisfaction would always be out top priority.  Any concerns, any questions, that my clients may have had, I always made sure to answer. My goal is to have my customers trust me, trust in my work, and most of all, I wanted them to know that any commitment I made to a client would always be fulfilled to the best of my capabilities.
